Monkey D. Dragon has been shown in the anime only once so far. He shows up at Roguetown in the rain saying:

He finds Chaser on top of Luffy, and Chaser recognize him saying," The government's after your head." I don't know why Chaser says this.
Also, I don't know if he ate a cursed fruit, though it kind of seems like he may have, because he says Wind blast to blow the navy away, free Luffy, and get the net off of Buggy and Alvida. The net that was covering Buggy and Alvida is a special net that cancels the powers of the cursed fruit.
Chaser asks, "Why are you helping that guy... Dragon!?" Dragon responds, "What reason would I have to get in the way of another man's voyage?"

Do you really think that smoker had enough power to defeat "World's most wanted man"... He wouldn't be most for no reason... Smoker just knew that he doesn't stand a chance.

{spoiled} in episode 441 Dragon was about the same size as Iva, who tower over Crocodile 8'3" and estimate about the same size at Kuma 22'6", so why Luffy only 172cm 5'7.5"??? fr wiki

Anyone else wonder why Smoker doesn't freak out when Dragon talks to him? I mean, really! If he is so dedicated to justice that he is going to chase after Luffy, shouldn't he care about the most wanted man?
