Character Description: King Wapol
Wapol first appeared in episode 78. He is fully against Luffy and everyone who lives on his home island. He has the powers of the Baku Baku (Chomp Chomp) Fruit. He was kicked off of his island during his reign of terror on the people. He had taken all of the doctors off of the island and the only one or two remaining escaped him.
He then returned and faced Luffy. He landed and then tried to reclaim his throne. Dr. K, Toni Toni Chopper, Luffy, and Sanji had to beat him on their own. Then, when Wapol was defeated, he... well... learned how to fly.
In the manga, Wapol has a sort mini-comic that takes place after Luffy hits him off the island. He opens his own factory to make toys and is soon rich and married. Luffy calls Wapol a "Jamaguchi" in the Japanese verison which means "Big Problem Mouth".
