Both cities of Hokkaido and Honshu were separated by the Union and the U.S. Sovereignty. However, a gigantic and mysterious tower was constructed in Hokkaido, which can be seen from miles. No one knows its true purpose, however it catches the eyes three High School students, who make a promise to travel to the tower together.

The story takes place in 1996, and their plans are interrupted when one of the students becomes sick and is transported to Tokyo. The other two friends try to find a way to help cure her, but they unknowingly discover a secret that links to both her and the mysterious Hokkaido Tower. Will they be able to save her, and what truth will be revealed from the connection of the girl and the tower?
