Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
Jessie is the female half of Team Rocket, the other being James. She came from a poor family, though her mother was a class A rocket agent. Jessie is cunning, bossy, mischievous, and very vain. She loves the way she looks and thinks she's the most beautiful person in the world.
Jessie is leader of the pair, but she still bungles up just as much as he does. Still, she will never give up until she captures Pikachu and pleases Giovanni.
And now a quick note about her age. Apparently she says that she's 16 years old when filling out a form at a Pokémon training school, however in the MewTwo CD drama, there's a flashback which takes place about 20 years ago, where Jessie is a little kid. So maybe she lied about her age?

Jessie is not ugly or evil. yea she sometimes does bad things, but she is a member of Team Rocket. Ash for the most part is an idiot. I mean some disguises I can see him not knowing it's Team Rocket, but they could just put on shades and Ash is like "OMG! Your Team Rocket! I never knew." Oo

Jessie's so funny1 i love her conceitedness and i think that she's really pretty, and funny, but very vain. I imagine maybe she was a child who got teased, maybe she was an ugly child, so when she got beautiful with age, she became vain.i lover her, and want her and James together!
