Tracey makes his debut early on in the Orange League episodes, shortly after Brock briefly parts company with Ash and Misty. He is a keen artist who specializes in drawing Pokemon, and who dreams of meeting Professor Oak. His Pokemon team consists of Marill, Venonat, and Scyther.
More recently, he has been helping out at Professor Oak's lab, and has not played a major role in the series.

Tracey is about eight inches taller than Ash (since the average human head is eight inches, and Tracey is a head taller than Ash in the anime). This is not an illogical conclusion.
