Big Billy is the biggest and the heaviest of the Gangreen Gang. He loves food and is pretty strong... but not stronger than the Powerpuff Girls!

In episode 14, the Gangreen Gang challenge the Powerpuff Girls Z, and Big Billy challenges Powered Buttercup with grabbing a vehicle. Big Billy grabs a car, while Powered Buttercup grabs a big bus, thus causing Big Billy to lose the challenge, and making him scared (because Buttercup is too strong for Big Billy).
