Character Description: Himeko Shirogane
Himeko Shirogane is a 13 year old spoiled Japanese girl who is attention crazy, snobbish, and very against the PPGZ.
She is the Japanese version of the original Powerpuff Girls' Princess Morbucks. Her transformation "item" is her cat, Sapphire (also said to be the Talking Cat). When Sapphire sreeches, Himeko transforms into Princess (also called Princess-sama). In episode 11 she appears to have Kaoru as a fangirl.
