Prince Ashitaka is forced to fight a demon to protect his village, and while fighting it he obtains a curse which will eventually kill him. Knowing this, he leaves the village never to return. During his journey he finds Iron Town, a village that makes iron. There a battle rages on between humans and the gods of the forest.

I wonder why there are no other male characters with decent looks like his? Anyway, he showed remarkable courage all throughout the movie, saving as many people as he could, and maybe that explains why he did not let Lady Eboshi die. I would have preferred it if he had gone together with San at the end, but the ending as it is is not too bad either. I like how he stood up to the Wolf God for San to be allowed to have a normal human life. ... show more »
