Character Description: Captain Napolipolita
She's the captain of the space cruiser that ultimately crashes onto Earth and ends up stuck here. She and D make the best of their situation and turn it into a ritzy establishment.
Secretly, however, she and D desparately want to go home. Even more secretly, they still want to take C-ko with them.
The Captain is an alcoholic who tends to go crazy when her bottle runs out. She also becomes depressed after being on Earth for a while, relying on D for moral support.
