Character Description: Lucia Rareglove
Lucia Rareglove (or also known as The Blonde Devil) is The Dark Bring Master. He is Haru's biggest enemy. He also leads the Demon Card after King's death.
Lucia Rareglove has stayed in The Megaunit Dessert Prison for 10 years. His mother died in an attack when he was 6 years old. He is the seventh Rareglove king.

No...last time Rave was called as holy bring...till after that they changed the name to Rave...and dark bring...the one Lucia was holding is Sinclair ( Mother Dark Bring) that is more powerful than normal dark bring...when Sieghart faces Lucia for not allowing Lucia to get the last dark bring, Shuda tried to use his dark bring(Bloody Flare) on Lucia but his dark bring shattered to pieces because of the sinclair...The normal Dark Bring that Lucia has on his sword is Decalogs...that was been used by King...but Lucia upgraded that Dark Bring into Neo Decalogs...that's why when he faces Haru during Haru's battle with Blue Guardians Leader(Hardner), Lucia could launched a Melforce(Tenebrous Melforce)..but much more stronger than Haru's TCM Melforce... ... show more »
