Character Description: Sawagejou Chou
Chou is a tall and thin man with a broom-like hair. He is a crazy swords collector. Once he has his eye on a particular sword, he will use any dirty method to get it. It is said in the series that he is the weakest among the Juppongatana ("ten swords"), but there are many fans who don't believe that. His style is Garyuorochi.
