Character Description: Houji Satojima
Houji Satojima is the second in command of the Juppongatana. Although not a fighter, he is extremely intelligent and formed the Juppongatana for Shishio.
He hates the Meji Government as much as Shishio and Yumi. When the offered him a position in the government instead of life in jail, he committed suicide.
He, Shishio, Yumi, and Usui are currently trying to take over Hell.
