Okan is the long-haired ninja from the Kyoto group. Okan is more outgoing than Omasu. She fights using a boomarang (kind of like Sango's from InuYasha, just not as big).

Okan falls in love with Hiko after seeing him fight in Kyoto while Kenshin was fighting Shishio. She's well mannered and kind.
