Absolute Anime

Not much is known about Commander Martin Jigmar, other than he oversees all over HOLY's business. He is a strict, prideful man, though kind and understanding, he is quiet and keeps to himself. He believes in Ryuho strongly, and looks at him as a kind of son, urging him on and scorning him to do better. Jigmar seems to have some sort of connection with Kyoji Mujo, who is a part of the HOLY council. In one of the last episodes, it is revealed the Eelion is Commander Jigmar's son, after Jigmar fights with Ryuho, and loses. He confesses to him that he had been a bad father, and didn't bother to spend any time with his only son. Jigmar finally dies, and Ryuho swears vengeance on Mujo.

Jigmar's Alter isn't revealed until he battles Ryuho in Mujo's Alter Castle. It is a wind type of alter that focuses on using great amounts of energy force to throw back and dodge its enemies, then strike back with a barrage of punishing, hard-knuckled blows. By transforming himself, Ryuho is able to go at light speed, and dodge the alter's defenses, afterwards destroying it, and nearly destroying himself as well.
