Character Description: Cele-Cele
Celecele is one of four playful young ladies that once inhabited the Dark Moon. Like the others of the Quartet, she possess a distinct lack of desire to grow up.
Celecele sees herself as a socialite with a very busy schedule, and she frequently disguises herself as someone of the upper class. She joins the Dark Moon Circus as a flower magician, and she can also use her Yellow Dream Ball, given to her by Queen Nehelenia.
Ceres-Ceres is actually a senshi. She is the equivalent to Sailor Venus in the manga, and was supposed to protect Sailor Chibi Moon. Neherenia awoke her from her slumber early to serve her.

i think she was helping ves ves deliever her baby, and she is the one who braided rini's hair real small because serena told her that if she can braid rini's hair this weekend. she is on helpful 19 year old girl.
