Celecele is one of four playful young ladies that once inhabited the Dark Moon. Like the others of the Quartet, she possess a distinct lack of desire to grow up.

Celecele sees herself as a socialite with a very busy schedule, and she frequently disguises herself as someone of the upper class. She joins the Dark Moon Circus as a flower magician, and she can also use her Yellow Dream Ball, given to her by Queen Nehelenia.

Ceres-Ceres is actually a senshi. She is the equivalent to Sailor Venus in the manga, and was supposed to protect Sailor Chibi Moon. Neherenia awoke her from her slumber early to serve her.
