Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo, Moon Costumes, Costume Family, and Xfancy.
Mina's story as a Sailor Soldier actually began a while before our story begins. At the time, she had been living with her parents in England when a white cat named Artemis introduced her to her life as Sailor Venus. The tales of the mysterious crimefighter codenamed "Sailor V" slipped back to Japan and became the subject of a pop phenomenon.
Then Sailor Venus, soldier of love, returns to Japan, and Mina begins to get back into the swing of Japanese life and to get used the idea of working as a teammate rather than a lone wolf. Forunately, not only is she a skilled fighter, but Mina is considered a very warm-hearted girl who is easy to befriend. She is a bit hung up on love, however, and is considered a bit of a hopeless romantic who dreams about who her Mr. Right might be (she and Lita tend to bicker in that department). She also has very high aspirations. Her big hope is to become a pop idol. She tries her hardest to do those little things that women are expected to do, but she's plagued with ineptitude and her slightly inflated opinion of herself.
(As you can guess, Minako Aino, the "Beautiful Little Child of Love", was first introduced in Takeuchi's manga "Codename Sailor V", the immediate prequel to "Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon", where the storylines were eventually linked.)

Minako was always my favourite Senshi, but then I found out about Chibiusa, then Hotaru and Haruka, and finally Kousagi. So, I'm sorry! But she's not my favourite anymore!
