Character Description: Sammy Tsukino
Sammy is cute but always bugging Serena. In Episode 3- "Slim City", he rigs the bathroom scale. Serena, being suddenly weight conscious and then anorexic, goes in to weigh herself only to find that the scale breaks! In addition, he remembers and bugs her when she forgets her briefcase and other essentials.
