Character Description: Guru Lou
Living on top of a mountain, Guru Lou is the resident genius of Lil' Tokyo. He makes inventions that often end up backfiring on their user. He was the one who found the Supreme Catatonic, a giant robot the cats sometimes use. He also gives advice to the Pizza Cats so they'll leave him alone.
