Both Speedy and Guido have the hots for Lucille, but this isn't what makes Lucille so noteworthy. Normally, she's a very sweet and nice person to talk to... but don't tick her off, for when Lucille blows her top, SHE BLOWS HER TOP! If Lucille gets really angry (or perhaps excited), the missile bays open, and the fireworks begin. Missiles will fly all over the place, and anyone (friend or foe) who happens to be in the blast zone is going to feel very sore.
