Character Description: Black Narcissus
Black Narcissus is one of Dark Oak's four Metarex commanders who likes to set traps for all of his unexpecting enemies. He has an insectoid head and wears a blue cape.
Not only is he unintimidated by Sonic and his friends, he is also very fascinated by Sonic's speed. No matter what, Narcissus is always determined to learn the secret of it.
