A kid fox with two tails. Like Dr. Eggman, he is a genius with mechanics. However, Tails uses his talents for good. Tails may even become better than Dr. Eggman himself, but he is unaware of this possibility. He is like Sonic's younger brother, and like all little brothers, he was once dependant on Sonic. His talents are of great help to Sonic.

Why do people suddenly rage when they find out guy characters are voiced by girls? Bart Simpson is voiced by a girl and hardly anyone rages so why rage now? Really people, grow up.
And Tail's is a awesome character, I loved him in the old cartoon's mostly, and the game he debated in.

Contrary to popular belief, Cream is not Tails' love interest. Stop thinking that she is. SEGA never said anything about Tails and Cream having romantic feelings for each other. Tails/Cream is just an unofficial fan-made couple and there is no evidence in any of the games, shows or comics, to support it. Even in Sonic Rush, Sonic X and Sonic Advance 3, it's obvious: Tails and Cream may talked to each other plenty of times but none of that was romance, and in Sonic X, Tails loved Cosmo, not Cream. In Sonic Rush Adventure, Tails is friends with Marine, and in fact, he has shown feelings and interacted more with Marine in this one game then he ever did with Cream in the whole Sonic franchise. I like Tails, and I have nothing against Cream, but come on: Tails/Cream has got to be the worst Sonic couple that people support, and they are ruining Tails' and Cream's innocence because of that. While I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I don't get why they think Cream is better for Tails then Cosmo and Marine when Tails/Cosmo and Tails/Marine have far more hints and official evidence then Tails/Cream will ever have.
Sonic characters normally don't age I guess, because even in the new games, Tails is still listed as being 8 years old (with the exception of Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood which the characters are 2 years older, with Tails being 10 there). ... show more »
