Character Description: Blair
Blair is the "witch" Maka and Soul originally planned to capture as their "witch's soul" for their Death Scythe. However, this went horribly awry as Blair was in fact not a witch, but a witch-like magical cat who simply had "really strong magic". (The reason she did not die when her soul was taken was because she was a cat and therefore claimed to have nine souls rather than one.)
Blair's nature to appear around Soul and most of the male cast of "Soul Eater" in little to no clothing hints that she may be a bit of an exhibitionist. (As she was also not embarrassed when Soul burst in on her when she was taking a bath). After moving in with Maka and Soul uninvited-ly, she took up working at the cabaret club Spirit frequently visited.

Honestly, I think she only flirts with Soul to make Maka angry.
But, I'm not a supporter of SoulxMaka anyways, I guess Blair is ok, besides the whole teasing Maka thing.
