Last I checked, this character's cosplay outfit was available at Milanoo.
Blair is the "witch" Maka and Soul originally planned to capture as their "witch's soul" for their Death Scythe. However, this went horribly awry as Blair was in fact not a witch, but a witch-like magical cat who simply had "really strong magic". (The reason she did not die when her soul was taken was because she was a cat and therefore claimed to have nine souls rather than one.)
Blair's nature to appear around Soul and most of the male cast of "Soul Eater" in little to no clothing hints that she may be a bit of an exhibitionist. (As she was also not embarrassed when Soul burst in on her when she was taking a bath). After moving in with Maka and Soul uninvited-ly, she took up working at the cabaret club Spirit frequently visited.

I would have thought Blair was older than 18, maybe 23/4 because she possesses much more mature qualities to her physique that a young adult would not.

blair is so funny i agree with TheCrazyAlchemist - she's probably only just getting used to be acting as a human being- cats lick there private parts everywhere so i guess thats why she is a bit of a exhibitionist but i love the first witch outfit she wore - it is sooo cute!

I noticed what they said about Blair. If you htink about it logically...like it said she's a cat with amzing magical power right? Well, this being said, it probably took her a while to figure out how to get a humanoid figure, so as a cat shes probably used to being "naked" around humans and there for isnt very embarrassed when a guy see's her nude. where does it ever say any of the characters ages? it hints at them all the time, and we can assume most of the main group is in their teenage years, but it never says them as far as I've seen.
I always thought Blair was much older. either that or surprisingly young, both because of her being a cat.
