Character Description: Rio Takeuchi
Rio Takeuchi is the youngest of the known Blade Children, and also the shortest. Even though her age is 16, she has the body of a child. Her speciality is creating explosives. She is childish and clumsy, although she will kill without hesitation (much like Kousuke Asazuki). One of her obsessions is with netted melons, which she gets from Eyes Rutherford everytime she's in the hospital.
Rio seems to expect more from Ayumu Narumi than the other Blade Children. She has a crush on Eyes, and seems to have a sibling relationship with Kousuke. Although her relationship with Hiyono Yuizaki was a bit hositle when they first met, they seemed to straighten things out when Hiyono brought Rio some of Ayumu's cooking when she was at the hospital.

I think she's quite cute. She's incredibly good at making explosives and plans everything through well. She'll let herself die because she won't run away from a challenge. She seems to be quite competetive.
