M. Bison is the leader of the crime organization Shadowloo. Shadowloo includes but isn't limited too Balrog, Vega, and Sagat, who end up fighting for him. Make no mistake, he is one of the most powerful warriors in the world, and will only fight if necessary. Bison is a force to be reckoned with, as he has psycho power and great agility. Guile, Chun-Li, and T. Hawk have reasons to hate him for the crimes he has committed, and wish nothing less than death.
In the movie, Bison uses the Monitor Cyborgs to watch different fighters in battle, turning the strongest into his slaves. Unfortunately, Ken was subjected to Bison's acts. Following Guile to Ryu, someone Bison wanted under his control, he, the brainwashed Ken, and Balrog went to retrieve him.
Ryu refused and this splintered into three fights, Ryu vs. Ken, Balrog vs. E. Honda, and Guile vs. Bison. Quickly taking out Guile with his psycho power, Bison focused his attention on Ryu and Ken. When Ryu brought Ken back to normal, the two battled Bison. The crimelord did not use his psycho power, but for the most part was still a match for both Ryu and Ken. In the end, however, the two friends barely defeat M. Bison.
