Tekkonkinkreet tells the tale of two young orphaned brothers with opposite peronalities named Black and White, who live, roam, and survive the mean streets of Treasure City, taking on any thug or Yakuza member who crosses their path.

However, the two brothers face their biggest challenege when foreign entrepreneurs arrive with the intention of tearing down Treasure City in order to replace it with a giant Theme Park. But not only will they face great adversity from them, but from the polar opposites of each other's personalites. Will they pull together in order to save their town?
