Character Description: Kiyone Makibi OAV series
Kiyone is assumed missing in action in the OAV series and only makes an appearance in Mihoshi's side story, where it is first told that she is Mihoshi's unfortunate partner.
She becomes a full-fledged character in the Tenchi Unverse television series.
