Character Description: NB
NB had started out as a standard-issue Galaxy Police helper robot. However, when Amane was modifying him with surveillance hardware (mostly to spy on Kiriko), she caused a short-circuit, which caused his current personality to surface.
For the most part, NB does what his original function commands - aiding Seina with the ins-and-outs of getting along in a multi-species galaxy (since he's from a technologically inferior world). However, NB's OTHER distractions get into the way. He is selfish, greedy... and VERY perverted! His pastime is trying to find beautiful girls in various stages of undress... but that part often gets him into trouble and nearly beaten into spare parts.
NOTE - This anime (in it's Japanese language form) marks the third time director Shinichi Watanabe has voiced an anime character. The first two times were of anime he also directed - Excel Saga and Puni Puni Poemy, where he voiced the director of both animes, Nabeshin.
