Character Description: Caine the Longshot
Caine the Longshot is a super-sniper, and a member of the Gung-Ho Guns. Using an extra long sniper rifle, he can shoot anyone from a mile or two away. He also carries a small revolver, and can cloak himself to match the surrounding area.
Caine is missing one eye, but is still highly skilled in targeting. He once fired at Wolfwood and Vash, but then Vash tracked him down and disarmed him. Instead of running away, however, Caine commited sucide.
