Character Description: Kuroneko-sama
This seemingly innocuous cat would not even deserve mention except for one little fact. Kuroneko (literally "The Black Cat") happens to appear in every episode of the series. You can tell when the situation is less than serious when the cat is around. It's normally just lounging around, but it's been in more amusing situations. The cat's been tossed around, found in bags and cans, and almost anything you can think of.
Yasuhiro Nightow has said that Kuroneko is female, but the gender is never actually addressed in the series. Perhaps the reason Kuroneko is female is because she's supposed to be a caricature of Nightow's own cat....
