Character Description: Heller
The incredibly evil leader of the Heller Army, Heller hopes to conquer not only U40 but the entire universe! He has one thing in common with Ultraman Jonias, in that he is actully from U40 himself. He becomes the major in villian in the latter half of The Ultraman series and is also fetured in The Adventures of Ultraman.
