Character Description: Shutaro Mendou
Shutaro Mendou first arrived at Tomobiki High by parachuting from a private chopper. He quickly became fond of the green-haired girl in class and will do anything to seperate Ataru and Lum. He is the richest boy on Earth with many spies which just seem to get in the way.
