Character Description: Charlotte Elbourne
Charlotte Elbourne was the girl that was thought to be kidnapped by Meier. Later it is revealed that she and Meier were actually in love and were running away to be together.
Charlotte wanted Meier to turn her into a vampire, but Meier refused to do so. They planned to use Carmilla's spaceship to escape into space.
