Character Description: Shizuka Hio
Shizuka Hiou, along with Kaname Kuran, was one of the only purebloods (vampires with no human in them) remaining. Shizuka was the pureblood vampire who attacked the Kiryuu family after going made with rage at the killing of her lover. Angry that her lover was killed, she turned Zero into a vampire and wants to make him and his family suffer.

shizuka killed zero's parents because they were the hunter who killed her lover but rido was the one who put her lovers name on the list to be killed
i think she didnt turn ichiru because she didnt want to have to lose another person she loved? because he would become an ex-human if she were to bite him and then he would eventually turn to a level E and then the hunters would need to kill him?
