Character Description: Alastor
Alastor is Joe's arch rival. He is a master of electrical attacks, and swords. He is able to fly due to his small wings. His favorite pastime is testing his strength against opponents.
Alastor is pretty similar to Joe in personality. He doesn't care about technical stuff, and likes to show off his power.
