Character Description: Haggar
Master of the secret laboratories, and very cunning, she serves as Zarkon's witch. She often creates new and devastating Robeasts, and is the brains behind Zarkon's plans.
This comes from Voltron defender of the universe- annual 1987 And the story "Haggar's Deadly trap": Hundreds of feet below ground, in a complex of hastily constructed steel, Haggar the witch allowed himself a feeling of triumph. The plan was working! He, Haggar the witch would be successful where the combined might of the Empire had failed.... he alone would destroy the Voltron Force!
