Anime Description: Welcome to the NHK

Tatsuhiro Sato is a 21-year-old guy who dropped out from a university. He had been thinking that everything that happens around him is a conspiracy, so because of the conspiracy he goes into a life as a "Hikikomori" (people who shut themselves in).

He ends up finding out who is behind this conspiracy, and it is the N.H.K. The Nihon Hikikomori Kyōkai is a broadcast company that shows many programs and even animations. "When you think anime, you think otaku. When you think otaku, you think people that dislike other people."

Suddenly, a neat and cute looking girl Nakahara Misaki appears. She feels sorry for Tatsuhiro being a hikikomori. She wants to help him with her "Project" of rehabilitation. Tatsuhiro tells her that he has no problem and lies that he a programmer of computers. Masaki ask to see the so-called program he is making. He told her it's not done yet.

In a month's time, he has to make a program. Kind of hard, seeing as how he knows nothing about programming. Then he found his old high school classmate, Yamazaki Kaoru, was living next door... and just happens to be a programming student and an Anime Otaku who's into dating games.

Would Kaoru help him make this program? Or will he do Masaki's Project?
