Character Description: Cecelia Pegasus
Cecelia is Maximillion Pegasus's deceased wife. She met Maximillion at a very large party, where they both fell in love. Cecelia was all Maximillion Pegasus could ever dream of and then they even got married.
In the dub version (I'm unsure if it also happens in the original Japanese version), we see Cecelia and Pegasus at the time of their wedding, with Pegasus slipping the ring onto her finger, when he explains that she was taken over by a serious illness. Cecelia is then engulfed by rose pedals and disappears.
So shortly after the wedding, she dies from an illness. This caused Maximillion to search the world. His search took him to Egypt where he found the Millennium Eye, and even a way to resurrect his wife.
About Cecelia's age, Pegasus says that Cecelia died when he was 17, and in Season 3, Episode 13, Pegasus's Diary explains how Pegasus met Cecelia when they where children, so they are at least relatively close in age, meaning she died when she was also around 17 years old.
