Critias Knight is one of the 3 Legendary Knights that appear in the battle against Dartz. Critias Knight is the true form of the Legendary Dragon Critias and surprisingly enough looks just like Joey although it's Kaiba who recently owned The Fang of Critias.
Critias Knight's effect is when the opponent's monster attacks it as a target the player can select a trap card from their graveyard and set it up on their side of the field and they can also activate the trap card in the same turn.
At the end of the Doom Saga Critias Knight, Timaeus Knight, Hermos Knight, and Dark Magician Girl all appear on beach in front of Yugi and Atem to thank them for saving the day and to say goodbye before returning to the Monster World.
Critias Knight can fuse with Timaeus Knight and Hermos Knight to form Divine Dragon Timaeus. Critias Knight's has an attack of 2800 wile his defense is 1800.

It could be simply that the dragons borrow the form design of those who released them, and that in truth it is not their "true" form.
