Kido knows a lot about Yusuke thanks to Master Genkai. Kido went to Master Genkai's with Kaitou and Yana when his powers awoke. His powers are cool, just don't let him stand on your shadow because you'll be paralyzed... just ask Yusuke (the dimwit).

Agreed. And he's got a lot of good qualities that were left out, too, (i.e., bravery) like when he stopped Yusuke when they were looking for Doctor in order to warn him that it was Kamiya after being paralyzed. O_O Pretty amazing.

This description is a little too vague. He played a pretty big part in the Sensui Saga so I think that it could be a little more descriptive.
