A competitor in the Makai Tournament, Kotei is very sure of herself. She is also quite beautiful. Kotei actually likes Rinku a little bit.
In episode 107, during the Demon World Tornament, it is made clear that Rinku was completly head over heels for Sasuga. He even thought Chu liked her too.
Editor's Note: I'm told that in both the English and Japanese versions of the anime series, this character is called Sasuga... so I don't know if Kotei is a nickname or last name (or first name) or some other character completely. If you have any information on this, please contact me.
