Character Description: Makintaro
Makintaro is tall and muscular, and part of Team Uratogi. His only weapon is his hand... that he can morph into a deadly axe. This makes up his basic attack, called the "Axe Blade Fist". He barely wears anything but a loin cloth, and he has reddish brown skin. Hiei took him out with no problem at all.
