Miyuki is one of the Three Devils of the Demon Triad, Imaki and Gokumonki being the other two. She appears to be a lovely woman with a horn on her forehead, but that's only the case in the English version of the show. In the Japanese version, she is actually a he who likes to appear as a female, or at the very least she has male genitalia. It's unclear if her breasts are real or not, and it's certainly possible that she's a hermaphrodite.

From a strand of her hair, she can fashion a powerful whip. Darn cool, but she's a bad guy (or girl).

In the manga, she and the rest of the triad were the ones who told Genkai that Toguro invited her to the Dark Tournament and that Yusuke was also getting an invitation instead of the representative from the committee in the anime.
