Character Description: Rando
Rando is a wanted demon who steals the special techniques of spirit fighters. He already has 99, and wants the spirit wave to get 100 techniques. So he disguises as Shorin and enters Genkai's tournament.
He faces Yusuke in the final round after beating Kuwabara. Rando loses because Yusuke gets swamp algae in his ear and can't hear him chant his shrinking spell, so Rando gets shrunk instead.
He is currently imprisoned in Spirit World.
