Character Description: Dr. Steve Toros
Dr. Toros is the one that built the Jager, Schneider, and Panzer units for the Liger Zero. Aside from that, he is also the biggest impulse shopper within an 8 mile radius of the Toros Base, and yes, he is the father of Leena and Leon Toros.
Dr. Layon hates Toros because Dr. Layon wrote a love letter to a woman that they were both courting, but Steve got the credit for it. Dr. Layon gave the letter to Oscar to sign and deliver, but Oscar accidentally wrote Steve Toros instead.
