Character Description: Tetsuo Shima
Tetsuo started off as a "little kid", and ended up as a huge monstrocity. Near the end, Tetsuo's para-normal powers are so overwhelming that his body loses control and mutates into God knows what. This extreme power resulted in the death of his beloved girlfriend, Kaori, destroys Neo-Tokyo, and kills all but four of the main characters, who are mentioned in Kaneda's profile.
Apparently K9999 from "King of Fighters" was based on Tesuo.
