When Yuusaky Godai, completely tired of living with his obnoxious and party-obsessed roommates, decides to move out to live alone, things happen that change his mind. He meets the house manager of his dorm, Kyoko Otonashi, who has been recently widowed. In the process, the story becomes an emotional one exploring different aspects of love.

One of the hardest things young people have to contend with when they get into relationships is balance.
