Character Description: Wally Kisagari
Higeoyaji is a one-man private investigator who usually winds up looking for lost pets. He refuses to work with others and mistrusts robots. However, he became used to working with Astro, and even teamed up with Uran one time. Higeoyaji is also Yuko's uncle.
A slightly different version of Higeoyaji appears in the anime movie "Metropolis", but he has the name "Shunsake Ban".
