Character Profile: Ayumu Kasuga

Ayumu is a transfer student from Osaka, Japan (hence the nickname Osaka) who transfered into Miss Yukari's homeroom class near the middle of the first year. She is always day-dreaming and thinking about illogical things. In other words, being a total space cadet. The name "Osaka" was given to her from Tomo because Tomo "said" that her name was Osaka and the rest of the class adopted it like it was her actual name.

Her likes include splitting chopsticks neatly and telling horror stories. Her dislikes include spicy foods and escalators. She has more than once just pondered the meaning of a word in the middle of a conversation and missed the rest of it. She would sometimes come back into a conversation after moments like that and have no idea on what was going on during it.
