Character Description: Nene Romanova
When she formed the Knight Sabers, Sylia knew that the pure physical ability of the hardsuits would not be enough to take down GENOM. So she came up with a unique way of finding just the person she needed for the job. She sent a want-ad into the Net and waited to hear a reply. The thing was, the message was encrypted (pretty strongly). It was no more than a few hours later, though, that quiet young Nene showed up with (and answering to) the decrypted message.
At only 19, Nene is the youngest of the Knight Sabers (and arguably the cutest). Unlike the others, Nene's parents are in good health, though she doesn't like them. She ran away from home to escape their dictatorial oversight of her, and she later became bored with the school she was in. Basically, Nene was too bright for her classes, so she found an outlet in the Net, honing her programming and hacking skills to a razor edge. Even her official records have been hacked, inflating her age so that she could work at the AD Police. This makes Nene unique in that she's not with the Knight Sabers for reasons of revenge or as an emotional outlet. She's in it for the challenge: for the chance to really test her skills in a way school never could. She's also a romantic whose naive nature sometimes rubs the others (especially Linna) raw.
Nene's greatest skill is gathering information. The ease by which Nene decrypted Sylia's want ad showed just how good she is. Needless to say, she's capable of hacking even tough security measures with relative ease. Since she is also a data entry clerk at AD Police headquarters, Nene doubles as a mole by which the Knight Sabers can acquire sensetive information from the AD Police files. This, of course, puts her immediately at odds with Priss since Nene still respects the AD Police.
Though Nene too has a hardsuit, it's clear that's she's the least skilled of the Knight Sabers in combat. She lacks a lot of the skill needed to put up a good fight, and the systems in her hardsuit are more for communications and support.
