Description: Space Pirate Captain Harlock
Shinji Aramaki, whose directorial credits include Appleseed (2004), Starship Troopers: Invasion, and the upcoming Appleseed Alpha, re-imagines Leiji Matsumoto's legendary space pirate captain in an all new CGI movie.
It has been over a hundred years since 'The Homecoming War', when colonists from Earth tried to return to the planet of their origin. Since then, Earth has come under the authority of the Gaia Sanction, which has declared Earth a sacred world, and off-limits for those who wish to return. The pirate Captain Harlock, a veteran of the Homecoming War, travels in his dark matter-powered spaceship, the Arcadia, gathering detonators for some strange purpose. Sent by the Gaia Sanction to stop him, Logan eventually joins Harlock and his crew.
But what is the purpose of Harlock's mission?
